More Info

Here at Holly Park Marina we have provided the amenities to make your visit a happy and pleasurable one for your whole family or group. We offer lodging, campsites, covered boat stalls w/electric, gas on-the-water, convenience store, fish cleaning facility, swimming, restroom, hot showers, pier fishing, recreation room, playground, boat rentals and more!

Our RV camping areas offer great views - most of them are on the water, though we do have some available just off the water, too. Each has electric, water, and sewer facilities. We also have some extended term RV sites available on a month-to-month basis only.

Our tent camping area is lush green and right next to the water. Each site has electric and water and, of course, we also have a nearby bath house facility with hot showers.

Our 2 boat launch ramps and large parking area across the highway is adjacent to a fishing pier - especially good for small tournaments. Our new ramp allows launching clear down to a lake level of 157 MSL!! Fish cleaning House

Conveniently centered in the marina area is our clean, airy, fish cleaning house. Screened for fresh air ventilation, this facility will make turning your catch into filets and getting them packed, or ready for the grill, quick and easy.

Our store is open year-round, daylight 'till dark for your convenience. Our grill serves breakfast and lunch (snacks, too!) and the store provides an array of snacks, soft drinks, some groceries, and a complement of convenience items. We also offer fishing equipment, tackle and bait (live minnows, crickets, worms - frozen shad, shrimp, etc.).

We have a swimming pier where you can make some nice dives, or just lay out in the sun... a stairway in the paved embankment makes getting out safe and easy.

For your convenience we also have a gas pump on the water - no need to pull your boat out to refuel.

Our clean, modern bath house facility offers hot showers to our camping guests.

Many of our guests also enjoy 'wetting a line' from the bank area or off the boat docks. There is also a fishing pier available for our guests. Fishing pier Covered Boat Stalls - Breakwater Bank fishing
Rec Room

Our recreation or gathering room accommodates about 50 people, a great place for your group to get together. Ample kitchen facilities make this a perfect gathering spot for reunions or other groups, too. And, of course, it is available to our guests as a recreation room.

We also offer John-boats for rent. Bring your own small motor or trolling motor and battery to power it - or use the paddles we provide and get some great exercise!

We have a great playground for the enjoyment of all ages... swings, teeter-totter, Jungle Gym, basketball, volleyball...

Fishing Report from TPWD (Nov. 20)

FAIR. Water normal stain; 73 degrees; 4.14 feet below pool. Windy weather in the forecast keeping anglers off the water. Expect the bass to be good shallow with chatterbaits, small spinnerbaits and swimbaits. Target fish in 1-5 feet of water in flooded stumps or shallow grass. The creek bite will take a few days to turn on after the water clears. Best baits are going to be lipless crankbaits, square bills crankbaits and Texas rigs in 6-10 feet. The deep bite will improve this week after the strong winds pass. Cast spoons, dropshots and tail spinners. No reports on crappie. Report by Stephen Johnston, Johnston Fishing.
